Dr. Sandra Mann retired from Chicago Public Schools (CPS) after having worked as a teacher, Vice Principal, Principal, and as a central office Board of Education Administrator. Dr. Mann has a Master’s degree from DePaul University in Education and Management, and a Doctorate in Education Administration, with a Superintendent Endorsement from Roosevelt University after graduating with outstanding superior honors, 4.0 GPA. She has also received Leadership Academy training from Kellogg Graduate School of Management at Northwestern University.
Sandra is currently is the CEO of S.P. Mann Consulting and is a high energy and results oriented administrator having an extensive record of accomplishments. Dr. Mann specializes in restorative practices for students and staff, and coaches and consults in the areas of education and administration with numerous district and statewide coaching and academic achievement recognition awards.
Dr. Mann is committed to the management team concept and has been successful designing and implementing instructional and discipline systems that increased achievement and decreased discipline. She maintains extensive knowledge and experience in adult learning theory, change process and best practices in the field of leadership development, professional training and development, data analysis, and research and education.
